We have some exciting news for our Blog2AI users! We’ve just released a brand-new feature: the “ZIP (Instruction.txt + JSON)” download function.
Until now, you could only download the raw data (JSON) and had to type out the instructions (prompts) for the AI yourself. But starting today, you can get your blog data and a professional instruction sheet bundled together in a single click!
What makes this new feature so handy?
When you click the new “ZIP” button, a compressed file containing the following two items will be downloaded automatically:
data.json: The training data used to analyze your specific blog posts.Instruction.txt: A special instruction file that tells the AI, “Analyze this data and write exactly like a professional writer.”
By simply handing these two files over to the AI, you can create a custom AI writer that perfectly mimics your blog’s tone, style, and structure—no tedious prompt writing required!
How to Use It (3 Super Easy Steps)
Even if you aren’t quite sure what a “ZIP file” is, don’t worry! We’ll explain exactly how to handle it so anyone can follow along.
Step 1: Download
Just like always, enter your blog URL and click “Start Data Retrieval.” Once the process is finished, click the newly added yellow button: “ZIP (Instruction.txt + JSON)”.
Step 2: [IMPORTANT] Unzip (Extract) the file
This is the most important part!
The downloaded file is currently in a ZIP format, which is kind of like a “zipped-up suitcase.” If you leave it closed, the AI might not be able to read the contents properly. You must take the contents out (a process called unzipping or extracting).
For Windows Users:
- Right-click the downloaded ZIP file.
- Select “Extract All…” from the menu.
- Click the “Extract” button on the screen that pops up. A new folder containing your files will open automatically.
For Mac Users:
- Double-click the downloaded ZIP file.
- It will automatically unzip, and a new folder with the exact same name will appear right next to it.
Step 3: Hand it to the AI (Drag & Drop!)
Open the newly unzipped folder. Inside, you will find two files:
data.jsonInstruction.txt
Select both of these files together and simply drag & drop them right into the chat window of ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
From there, the AI will automatically read the instructions and begin analyzing your data. Once it’s finished, all you have to do is throw your favorite article topics at it!
(For more details on how to generate articles once the analysis is done, please refer to this article as well.)
We hope you use this new feature to speed up the creation of your very own custom AI writer!
